Role Overview
The intern will assist the IP and legal teams in research, drafting, and IP support work across patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on IPR laws, case laws, and regulatory updates
• Assist in drafting legal notices, agreements, and IP documentation
• Support patent, trademark, and copyright filing procedures
• Perform prior art and trademark searches
• Prepare research notes and legal summaries
Eligibility & Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed LL.B. / LL.M.
• Strong interest and foundational knowledge in IPR
• Understanding of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, and Designs
• Good research, analytical, and drafting skills
• High attention to detail and ability to interpret legal documents
Preferred Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Location: On-site – Najafgarh, New Delhi
Duration: 6 Months
