Position Details
• Role: Legal Executive (Expansion)
• Experience: 1–3 years
• Qualification: LLB
• Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts and agreements
• Supporting legal compliance and regulatory requirements
• Conducting legal research and preparing concise summaries
• Coordinating with internal teams and external counsel
• Assisting in dispute management and maintaining legal documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Law graduate (LLB mandatory)
• Strong drafting and documentation skills
• Experience in Real Estate Laws
• Basic understanding of corporate and commercial laws
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
