Role Overview
The Legal Executive will support corporate legal and compliance functions, assisting internal teams with advisory work while managing documentation, litigation coordination, and regulatory compliance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial contracts and legal documentation
• Assisting in litigation management and coordinating with external legal counsel
• Ensuring compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory laws
• Providing legal advisory support to internal business and operational teams
• Supporting contract lifecycle and compliance tracking processes
Eligibility & Skill Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
• 1–3+ years of experience in corporate legal or in-house legal functions
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with litigation coordination and dispute management processes
• Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills
