Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university
• Ability to read Kannada (mandatory)
• Interest or academic exposure in Property Law, Transfer of Property Act, Land Acquisition, Stamp Act, and RERA
• Strong legal drafting, document review, and research skills
• Familiarity with property verification procedures and land record documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
