DSA Legal is hiring Legal Associates with experience in Title Search Reports (TSR) and property due diligence. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in real estate transactions and land record analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting title search reports and property due diligence
• Reviewing land records, revenue documents, and statutory approvals
• Identifying legal risks, encumbrances, and compliance issues
• Analysing and summarising regional language documents
• Supporting transaction teams with structured diligence reports
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. with relevant TSR / due diligence experience
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Experience in real estate law preferred
