About the Role
As a Legal Associate, you will gain extensive hands-on experience in litigation, client management, and legal strategy, working closely with the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution teams.
You will represent clients before:

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
-
National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
-
High Courts
-
District Courts and other judicial or regulatory bodies
Key Responsibilities
-
Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and legal documents

Attending court proceedings and assisting in litigation
-
Briefing senior counsel and managing procedural aspects
-
Engaging in client consultations and dispute resolution
-
Providing legal advice and representation
Qualifications & Skills
-
1–3 years of prior experience preferred

Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and litigation
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
-
Working knowledge of Corporate Law, Taxation, Sports Law, Criminal Law, and allied areas
-
Must be enrolled with the relevant State Bar Council
