Position Details
• Role: Law Firm Management Consultant – Content, Branding & Practice Development
• Location: Delhi
• Experience: 6 months – 1 year
• Educational Qualification: LL.B. (or equivalent)
• Prior law firm or brand consulting exposure is an added advantage
• Nature of Role: Non-legal, strategy and consulting focused
Role Overview
The selected candidate will work at the intersection of legal industry strategy, content development, and brand positioning, supporting law firms in strengthening their market presence and client engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content and Research
• Assist in drafting articles, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership content
• Conduct research supporting industry publications and legal content strategy
Social Media and Branding
• Manage law firm and partner social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Instagram
• Assist in designing branding and marketing collaterals using Canva and similar tools
Rankings and Awards Submissions
• Support submissions to Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR, and similar directories
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to gather inputs and finalise submissions
Practice Development Support
• Assist with business development initiatives and strategic brand positioning
• Support client engagement and visibility strategies for law firms
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong writing and content development skills
• Attention to detail and organisational capability
• Interest in law firm management and business development
• Comfort working in a fast-paced consulting and advisory environment
