This opportunity is ideal for candidates who possess strong analytical thinking, good command over Excel, and a keen interest in compliance advisory and client management.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting clients in labour law and labour code compliance across various statutory requirements
• Assisting in strategic compliance planning, including preparation of annual compliance roadmaps
• Providing advisory support on labour law applicability, regulatory updates, and best compliance practices
• Maintaining and updating compliance trackers, statutory registers, and documentation
• Coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely compliance deliverables
• Analysing compliance data and reports using advanced Excel tools
Key Requirements
• 0–3 years of experience in Labour Law / Labour Code compliance (Freshers may apply)
• Knowledge of or strong interest in labour laws and statutory compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and client interaction skills
Qualification
• MBA (HR) / MSW / LL.B. or any Management / Law-related degree
• Freshers with a strong interest in Labour Law Compliance are encouraged to apply
