Bay Counsel LLP is hiring a Junior Associate for its Media, Entertainment and Technology practice. This is a drafting-intensive role involving high-volume commercial contracting across talent, media, and technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
• Structuring and negotiating contracts across media and tech mandates
• Managing high-volume drafting and quick revisions
• Advising on risk allocation, commercial terms, and client outcomes
• Customising templates to suit transaction-specific requirements
Eligibility & Preference:
• Prior experience in commercial contracting (essential)
• Exposure to media, entertainment, or technology work
• Strong drafting, analytical, and structuring skills
• Ability to work at pace without compromising quality
• Ownership-driven and detail-oriented mindset
