Practice Areas: IBC, Company Law, Civil Litigation, IPR, Contract Law and allied matters
Requirements
• Fresh law graduate or up to 1 year experienced advocate
• Enrolled with the Bar Council
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Kannada
• Strong communication and drafting skills
• Willingness to travel to courts and tribunals
• Demonstrated interest in Corporate Law alongside Litigation
• Based in Bangalore
