Anmol Patel, Director Legal at Madison Pearl, is inviting expressions of interest for the position of Head of Legal for a reputable and rapidly growing bank in the UAE that is currently building its legal function.
This is a senior leadership role offering a rare opportunity to establish and develop the legal function from the ground up. The selected candidate will work closely with board members and the Group General Counsel and will play a strategic role in shaping the bank’s overall legal and regulatory framework.

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years
Key Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience advising on Islamic finance products
• Strong expertise in ISDA, FX, and Treasury matters
• Sound understanding of the UAE banking and regulatory landscape
• Ability to build and lead a legal function independently
• Experience engaging with senior management and board-level stakeholders
