Location: Mumbai/Delhi | Experience: 1–3 years PQE
Focus Areas:
- Advising on SEBI regulations including ICDR, LODR, Takeover Code, and Insider Trading.
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (SHAs, NDAs, service agreements).
- Conducting legal due diligence for M&A and fund structuring
- Draft legal notes, compliance checklists, and opinion briefs under supervision.
2. Litigation Associate
Location: Mumbai/Delhi | Experience: 2–5 years PQE
Focus Areas:
- Representing clients before DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT, and High Courts.
- Handling matters related to IBC, SARFAESI, debt recovery, and insolvency.
- Drafting legal pleadings, petitions, and written submissions.
- Conducting deep legal research and preparing case briefs for complex disputes.
