PSA (Priti Suri & Associates) is looking to onboard Data Privacy Lawyers with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience for its Mumbai office.
This role is designed for lawyers who have already worked hands-on in privacy advisory and are comfortable engaging with business and technology teams in practical, implementation-focused mandates.
Scope of Work
• Advisory under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) for leading Indian and global clients
• Conducting privacy assessments and detailed gap analyses
• Designing and implementing privacy frameworks, including policies, governance structures, and operational playbooks
• Working closely with legal, tech, product, engineering, and business teams across sectors
The role requires the ability to translate legal requirements into commercially workable frameworks. Clear communication and business-facing advisory skills are essential.
Important Note
This position is not for freshers.
