Key Responsibilities
• Mobilising and engaging youth from local communities
• Coordinating training programs and centre-level activities
• Supporting student counselling and placement efforts
• Maintaining structured documentation and reporting
• Building strong relationships with community stakeholders
Eligibility & Skills
• Graduation in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine interest in community development
• Willingness to travel within Chennai
• Working knowledge of MS Office
