🔹 Role Overview
The position involves working extensively on:

Loan and credit documentation

Facility agreements
-
Security creation documents
-
Guarantees, mortgages, and hypothecation

Banking and NBFC transaction documents
🔹 Preferred Experience

Strong drafting and reviewing skills in financing documents

Prior exposure to lender-side transactions
-
Experience in preparing/reviewing title reports and property due diligence will be an added advantage

High attention to detail and ability to work on complex transactional matters
