About the Role
Vis Legis is looking for a motivated attorney with 2–4 years of experience in real estate and conveyancing to join their expanding Pune team. The role is ideal for candidates who want to take ownership of real transactions and develop a career in property law.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting sale deeds, agreements, leases, and other property-related documents

Conducting title searches and due diligence

Advising clients on land, redevelopment, and property law matters

Representing clients before authorities and regulatory bodies

Reviewing and interpreting 7/12 extracts, property cards, and mutation entries

Ensuring compliance with Maharashtra-specific land laws, RERA, Registration Act, and MLRC regulations
Eligibility & Skills

Experience: 2–4 years in real estate/conveyancing

Skills: Strong drafting skills in English and Marathi, analytical and client-focused

Knowledge: Maharashtra land laws, RERA, Registration Act, MLRC

Ability to handle advisory and transactional matters independently
