The office of Kumar Mihir, Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for the position of Associate.
The practice offers rigorous exposure to high-stakes litigation and regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
This role is suited for young litigators who are committed to building a serious court-based practice and are comfortable with research, drafting, and regular court work.

PQE: 0 to 2 years
Location: New Delhi
Practice Areas: Constitutional, commercial, regulatory, and corporate litigation
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 0–2 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Comfort with court appearances and procedural work
• Willingness to work in a demanding, fast-paced litigation environment
• Long-term interest in Supreme Court and appellate practice
