INDIALAW LLP is looking to onboard a Real Estate Associate (around 1 year PQE) for its Mumbai office.
This role is best suited for young lawyers who are drafting-focused, detail-oriented, and interested in building a strong foundation in real estate transactional practice within a structured law-firm environment.
Role Focus
The position is primarily drafting-oriented and offers hands-on exposure to real estate transaction documentation, along with supporting work in due diligence and title verification.
Key Work Areas
• Drafting and reviewing sale deeds, lease deeds, leave and license agreements, development agreements and JDAs, along with ancillary documents
• Assisting in structuring and documentation of real estate transactions
• Supporting due diligence exercises and title search reviews
• Assisting with execution, stamping, and registration of documents
Ideal Candidate Profile
• LL.B. from a recognised university
• Around 1 year PQE in real estate matters
• Prior law-firm experience preferred
• Strong interest in transactional drafting
• High attention to detail and sound drafting skills
