Practice Area:
• Tax Litigation (Indirect Taxes, Customs, Income Tax)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in litigation matters, primarily tax-related
• Drafting and legal research
• Supporting court practice and case preparation
Eligibility & Preference:
• Prior exposure to litigation practice
• Reasonable understanding of court procedures
• Strong interest in litigation (serious applicants only)
• Candidates based in Chennai preferred
• Willingness to relocate (if not based in Chennai) must be specified
