The Chambers of Aditya Mahadevia is hiring an Associate – IP Attorney for its Ahmedabad office. This role offers comprehensive exposure across intellectual property practice, including filings, prosecution, oppositions, litigation, and enforcement.

Practice Areas:
• Trademarks, Patents, Copyright, Designs
• IP Prosecution, Opposition, Litigation & Enforcement
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling IP filings, prosecution, oppositions, and disputes
• Conducting legal research and preparing internal notes
• Drafting articles, reports, and regulatory updates
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents and client communications
• Coordinating with clients and managing timelines and documentation
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised institution
• Experience or exposure to IP laws (Trademark, Copyright, Patent, Design)
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities
