The Office of Sakshi Kakkar, AOR Supreme Court and Standing Counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh, is inviting applications from Advocates with 1–3 years of litigation experience.
This opportunity is suited for lawyers actively practicing before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, and seeking structured exposure in constitutional, civil, and state-side litigation matters.
Role Overview
• Handling matters before the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court
• Assisting in drafting SLPs, writ petitions, counter affidavits, rejoinders, and miscellaneous applications
• Conducting legal research and preparing briefs
• Court appearances and procedural coordination
Compensation
CTC will be as per industry standards and commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill set.
