Role Overview
The position involves end-to-end handling of corporate legal matters, including:

Legal and regulatory compliance

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts

Litigation and dispute management

Legal risk assessment and strategic advisory

Policy formulation, governance, and IP-related matters
Eligibility

LL.B. (LL.M. preferred)
-
6–10 years of corporate legal experience

Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contracts, compliance, and litigation
