About the Organisation
Accords International (AcIn) is the world’s premier organization working in the area of conflict resolution. We are passionate about discovering innovative techniques in mediation and restorative justice for widening their scope as a mechanism of conflict resolution.
AcIn was conceptualized in 2021 with an aim to:
- Empower individuals to establish better dispute resolution mechanisms;
- Utilise existing techniques in dispute resolution in a more productive way and create new techniques in the area;
- Create a pan India network of professionals, academicians, judges, bureaucrats, and students working in the area of conflict resolution and restorative justice &
- Synergise the working of alternate dispute resolution mechanisms with courts and the government for faster and optimal results
AcIn organizes a monthly chat with global conflict resolution experts to sensitize the audience about creating innovative techniques for conflict resolution.

What is Med-Arb?
As the name suggests, Med-Arb (or Arb-Med) is a process combining the arbitration and the mediation depending upon which process is initiated first. The same facilitator act as both mediator and arbitrator. As a Mediator, the Facilitator endeavours to reach settlement between the parties and as ab Arbitrator, determines the issues in dispute and signs a binding award.

About the Speaker
Mr. Sudhanshu Batra is a Senior Advocate, Mediator and Trainer. He joined the Bar in the year 1986 and has practised in all courts in Delhi and across the Country. Presently, he is an elected Executive member (Senior Designated) with the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Mr. Batra is also empanelled as an Arbitrator at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.
He has dealt with cases of civil disputes, commercial (including arbitration and company matters), personal and family matters including matrimonial conflicts as Mediator. Have Trained Lawyers and Judicial officers in Mediation. Acted as Resource persons for various Workshops organised in Delhi, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Jodhpur, Ahmedabad, Guwahati and Chennai in India. Mediated in several hundred cases, both court annexed and private Mediation.
