Position: Executive-Legal
- Location: Hyderabad
- Practice Area: Property & Land Laws (Telangana & Andhra Pradesh), Civil & Criminal Litigation, Contracts, and Intellectual Property Rights
- Ideal for: Advocates with experience in real estate litigation or those practicing under a senior lawyer specializing in property laws
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- LL.B. (Mandatory)
- LL.B. + CS (Preferred)
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in a leading law firm, corporate legal team, or litigation office
- Preferred Location:
- Candidates from Telangana or Andhra Pradesh are preferred
- Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property & land law cases in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other states
- Manage general civil and criminal litigation
- Draft and review agreements, contracts, legal notices, reply notices, complaints, and other legal documents
- Assist in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), particularly trademarks
- Perform ad-hoc legal and compliance tasks
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
