Eligibility
- Open to all law students and graduates (B.A.LL.B., B.COM.LL.B., B.B.A.LL.B., LL.B., LL.M, etc.).
- Participants must be up to 35 years of age from any recognized college/university in India.
Essay Format & Structure
- Introduction: Brief overview of the topic and context.
- Main Body:
- In-depth legal analysis with case laws, judicial interpretations, and critical insights.
- Logical presentation of facts and arguments.
- Examples and case studies to support claims.
- Conclusion: Summary of key points with insightful reflections or proposed solutions.
- Format Guidelines:
- A4-sized ruled paper booklets (provided at the venue).
- Title Page must include Essay Title & Registration Number.
- No personal identifiers inside the essay sheets.
- Maintain clear paragraphing and legibility.
