About the Opportunity:
Applications are invited for the position of Deputy Registrar (DR) purely on a contractual basis for various Benches of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The available vacancies are in the following locations:

Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in fields such as Law, Management, Public Affairs, Finance, etc. Preferably in Government/Government Undertaking and with proficiency in working in a completely online system. Experience in working in a Court or Tribunal is preferred.
- Age: Candidates must be 28 years or older as of the date of this advertisement. Retired professionals with the necessary qualifications and experience may also apply.
Salary:
- Deputy Registrar: Rs. 60,000/- per month (consolidated).
Terms and Conditions:
- The initial contract period is 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance.
- The contract can be terminated by the Tribunal without assigning any reason.
- The position does not confer any right to regular employment or continuation in service.
- No HRA, DA, residential accommodation, or any other allowances will be provided.
- Casual leave will be provided on a pro-rata basis.
- The working days and hours will align with the Tribunal’s serving officers, and the candidate may need to work beyond office hours or on holidays without additional remuneration.
