About the Speaker- With a passion for anything Tech, Data and Intellectual Property, Mr Rohit Hebbale is an advocate practicing IP litigation, and a student of NLSIU’s Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law and Cyber Forensics, who is presently examining the intersection between Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology Law, in his thesis. In addition to being an ex-Associate at the IP Litigation Team at Anand and Anand, he has also worked on compliance checklists, DPIAs, LIAs and implementation of General Data Protection Regulation, during his internships. Mr Hebbale, through this webinar, will provide a general overview of India’s Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019, and analyse certain important provisions.
