About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts

Supporting business teams on day-to-day legal and commercial matters

Managing contract lifecycle processes in a structured environment

Advising on legal risks and compliance related to commercial arrangements
This role provides hands-on experience in a technology-driven, in-house legal environment.
Eligibility & Skills

4–5 years of PQE (law firm and/or in-house experience)

Strong experience in corporate / commercial contracting

Ability to work closely with cross-functional business teams

Prior SaaS or technology sector exposure is preferred but not mandatory
