About the Role:
Tara Climate Foundation is seeking an Independent Consultant to support program delivery and stakeholder engagement in Thailand. The consultant will coordinate project activities, maintain partner relationships, assist the Program Director, and support data analysis and reporting. This role ensures smooth program implementation and effective engagement with Tara’s partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement:

Facilitate regular communication with partners, government, and industry stakeholders in Thai and English.

Support partnership-building activities: scheduling meetings, preparing notes, taking minutes, and following up.

Identify and engage potential partners aligned with Tara Thailand’s thematic priorities.
Project Coordination & Management:

Organize program timelines, events, and logistics.

Track and report on proposals, reports, and partner activities.

Provide logistical and document support, including presentations, emails, and program documentation.

Conduct preliminary research, collect and analyze data, and support impact monitoring.

Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned.
Deliverables:

Monthly and quarterly updates of meeting notes, partner introduction decks, event summaries, and status reports.

Lists of relevant events and potential partners in Thailand.

Reports to track proposals, meetings, and upcoming events.
Eligibility & Requirements:

Based in Bangkok, Thailand with fluency in Thai and English.

Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, or consultancy preferred.
Engagement Details:

Period: 48 weeks over 12 months (Nov 2025 onwards)

Daily Rate: USD $120 per working day

Time Commitment: 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday

Remote work with required access to Tara systems; not classified as Tara staff or entitled to benefits.
