Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field
- Skills Required:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Experience:
- Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs is a plus but not required
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct routine reviews of business practices for legal and regulatory adherence
- Support the compliance team in risk identification and mitigation
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting business operations
- Prepare compliance reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Guide various departments on compliance-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and outcomes
