The course consists of 9 modules relating to Cyber Laws in India. It also briefly explains about international position of Cyber Security.

COURSE DETAILS
MODULE 1– INTRODUCTION
It deals with the introduction and history of cyber law. Further, it explains the reason for the emergence of cyber laws in the first place. The major focus is on the meaning of cyber crimes.
MODULE 2– CYBER CRIMES
It describes various cyber crimes threatening the cyber security ranging from online frauds to cyber bullying. The chapter deals with each cyber crimes in different sub headings averting any kind of confusion.
MODULE 3 LEGAL FRAMEWORK
This is the most important chapter of all as it deals with the legal framework of cyber law. Under this chapter, Information Technology Act 2000 is discussed in detail. It also briefly explains 2008 amendment in the ITA 2000. Further, it consists of 2011 IT rules and regulation with analysis. Other sub heading includes comparison of IT act with IPC and Indian Evidence Act. The last part of the chapter provides details about payments and settlements system acts and its extent and applicability.
MODULE 4 INVESTIGATION
It explains the framework of investigation under the IT Act.
MODULE 5 COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
It is another important chapter since it provides detail of the complaint procedure mentioned under the ITA 2000.
MODULE 6 DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
It discusses about the data protection and privacy related provisions as provided under the Indian law.
MODULE 7 CERTIFYING AUTHORITY
It consists of certifying authorities under the cyber law in India. Also talks about applicability and the jurisdiction as provided under IT ACT 2000.
MODULE 8 DIGITAL CONTRACTS
It deals with the digital contracts and signatures. It starts from the origin and latter parts explain their types and how they are executed. The module very well explains the validity of digital contract and signature as given under the Indian contract act and IT laws. It has laid emphasis on section 10A of the IT act.
MODULE 9 LIVE CASE DISCUSSIONS
Live case discussions on live interaction with the instructor

· OBJECTIVE EXAM WILL BE TAKEN
· TOTAL MARKS WILL BE 100 MARKS
· THERE WILL BE TOTAL OF 50 QUESTIONS RELATED TO THE COURSE
· MINIMUM REQUIRED MARKS WILL BE 40 FOR PASSING THE EXAM
· CERTIFICATE WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER PASSING THE EXAMINATION
