Censitio 1.0 highlights the importance of multilateral cooperation in shaping fair taxation systems for digital economies. The competition provides a platform for law students to analyze key taxation challenges and develop insights on technology-driven tax policies for equitable taxation practices.

Eligibility

Open to law students pursuing a five-year integrated undergraduate law program or a three-year graduate law program.
L.L.M. students are not eligible.

Competition Guidelines

Mode: Online Submission
Eligibility: Open to undergraduate law students across India
Submission Format:

  • Word Limit: 1500-2500 words
  • Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing
  • Footnotes: Bluebook 20th Edition
    Judging Criteria: Originality, depth of analysis, clarity, coherence, and adherence to formatting.
    Panel of Judges: Renowned academicians, tax law experts, and practitioners.

Best Article: ₹10,000 + Internship at a prestigious law firm
Second Best Article: ₹8,000 + Internship opportunity
Third Best Article: ₹5,000 + Internship opportunity
