About the Competition
The Environmental Law Society, Faculty of Law, Integral University is hosting an Online National Case Analysis Competition to enhance students’ legal research, analytical, and writing skills. Participants will critically analyze landmark environmental law cases, gaining deeper insights into sustainability and legal frameworks.

Eligibility
- Open to undergraduate and postgraduate law students enrolled in any recognized institution in India.
Formatting Guidelines
- Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12 (Main Text), 10 (Footnotes)
- Line Spacing: 1.5 (Main Text), 1.0 (Footnotes)
- Margin: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
- Citation: Harvard Bluebook 20th Edition
Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.
- Each participant/team must submit a student ID or bonafide certificate for verification.
- Co-authorship allowed (maximum of two authors per entry).
- The cover page must include: Author’s Name, Institution, Course, Year of Study, Email, and Contact Number.
- The main text must be anonymized (no identifying details).
- The analysis must be original and unpublished (Plagiarism limit: 10 percent).
- Word Limit: 2000–3000 words (including citations).
- Submission Deadline: 23rd February 2025 (11:59 PM).

- Understanding of case law
- Quality of research and precedents
- Legal reasoning and argumentation
- Writing proficiency (grammar, clarity, structure)
- Innovative legal perspectives

- Winner: Trophy and Certificate of Merit
- First Runner-Up: Trophy and Certificate
- Second Runner-Up: Trophy and Certificate
- Fourth and Fifth Place: Publication in the Legal Quorum Journal
- E-Certificates for all participants
