About the Opportunity:
Burgeon Law is inviting applications from seasoned legal professionals who are passionate about transactional and general corporate commercial practice. The firm offers an opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters across M&A, private equity, venture capital, and corporate commercial transactions.
Eligibility:
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Demonstrated expertise in handling transactional work
- Prior law firm experience is mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct and support legal and compliance due diligence for diverse transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate key documents including share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, employment contracts, and other commercial contracts
- Provide strategic corporate advisory on the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws
