The Campus IP Quest is an exciting opportunity for all university students, especially those passionate about intellectual property (IP) to explore and showcase innovative ideas within the world of IP law. Hosted by the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, this challenge invites you to unearth hidden gems of innovation right on your campus. Whether it’s a new patent, a creative trademark, or a breakthrough in copyright, we want to hear about it!

The University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law stands as a distinguished institution in the realm of intellectual property (IP) law. With a legacy spanning over five decades, the law school has established itself as a global leader in IP education and practice. Its commitment to excellence is evident through a comprehensive curriculum, hands-on learning experiences, and a faculty renowned for both scholarly achievements and practical expertise. The law school offers a diverse array of programs, including the LL.M. in Intellectual Property, the Master of Intellectual Property (M.I.P.). This contest is open to all law students and IP enthusiasts at the university level. If you’ve ever been curious about how intellectual property shapes the world around us, or if you already have some experience with it, this quest is for you. The challenge is designed to engage participants of all levels, from those just starting to explore IP to those already working in the field.
What’s at Stake?
There are some amazing prizes up for grabs, including:
- Become an IP Ambassador: The winner will have the incredible opportunity to represent the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law as an official IP Ambassador. You’ll have a chance to network with industry leaders and gain valuable exposure.
- Certificate of Recognition: A formal certificate that acknowledges your hard work and innovative thinking in the field of intellectual property.
- UNH-Branded T-Shirt: A stylish UNH Franklin Pierce t-shirt to celebrate your accomplishment.
- Enhanced Scholarship Consideration: Win and you’ll receive enhanced consideration for an LL.M. Scholarship at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. This is a fantastic way to further your legal education and take your IP career to the next level.
How to Enter:
It’s simple! To take part, submit a 1,000-word report that uncovers a hidden gem of innovation on your campus. This could be anything from a creative new trademark to an interesting patent or a cutting-edge copyright case you’ve discovered. The key is originality and insight.
