The Centre for Gender Studies, National Law University Jodhpur, invites registrations for a 3-Day In-Person Certificate Course on “Gender, Law & Practice”, scheduled from 03–05 April 2026. The course is organised with the support of the Women’s Collective Forum (WCF).
This programme aims to critically explore the intersections of gender and law across multiple domains, including access to justice and the interaction of gender with caste, class, disability, sexuality, and ecology.
Moving beyond a purely theoretical framework, the course adopts a practice-oriented approach designed to equip participants with tools for gender-sensitive research, litigation, and policy engagement, while fostering informed and nuanced perspectives on contemporary gender issues.
