About the Opportunity
The Faculty of Law at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies invites 3rd-year, 4th-year, and Master’s students to participate in the 33rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. This prestigious international competition offers hands-on experience in arbitration and the chance to represent Drept ASE in Vienna.
Eligibility

3rd-year, 4th-year, or Master’s students in law

Strong language skills and professional competencies

Motivation to gain experience in international commercial arbitration
Roles and Responsibilities / Participation Details

Prepare and present arguments in international commercial arbitration

Collaborate with team members to draft memorials and oral pleadings

Represent Drept ASE at the competition in Vienna

Gain exposure to global arbitration practices and professional networks
