The Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution (CADR), DSNLU Visakhapatnam is inviting submissions for Volume 1, Issue 2 of the Journal on Arbitration Law and Allied Fields (JALAF).
JALAF provides a dedicated platform to explore and engage with contemporary debates in arbitration law and allied disciplines. The journal welcomes diverse perspectives and seeks to encourage original, high-quality scholarship that contributes meaningfully to the development of dispute resolution practices.
Eligibility
We invite contributions from academicians, legal practitioners, research scholars, and students.
Themes
Submissions may cover a wide range of contemporary issues in arbitration law and allied fields, including comparative perspectives, emerging trends, and critical analyses.
