About the Organisation
The NorthCap University (NCU), established in 1996, is a progressive multidisciplinary university located in Gurugram, Haryana. About the Journal
Selected papers from the conference will undergo a peer-review process and the best submissions will be considered for publication in the NCU Law Review, a peer-reviewed biannual academic publication of the Centre of Post-Graduate Legal Studies (CPGLS) at the School of Law, The NorthCap University.
About Call for Papers
The Centre for Law and Technology, School of Law, The NorthCap University invites original, unpublished research papers and conceptual papers from academicians, legal practitioners, technologists, researchers, and students. The conference aims to critically engage with the evolving relationship between law, technology, and society, providing a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue. Only the outstation participants (residing outside of Delhi NCR) have the option of presenting their papers in the Online mode.
Eligibility
Scholars, Researchers, Practitioners, Academicians, and Students pursuing five-year LLB, three-year LLB, or any under/post-graduate degree programme are eligible to submit abstracts.

Formatting Guidelines
– Full paper must not exceed 6000 words excluding footnotes.
– Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Line spacing 1.5.
– Footnotes: Times New Roman, Size 10, Single spacing.
– Margins: 1 inch on all sides, A4 size.
– Referencing style: Indian Law Institute (ILI) style.
Submission Guidelines
– Abstracts (250–300 words) must be emailed to conferencelawtechnology@ncuindia.edu.
– Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
– Joint authorship is allowed (maximum of two co-authors per paper).
– A brief profile of the author(s) must be included with designation, email ID, contact number, and address.
– Authors of selected abstracts will be invited to present their papers at the conference.
– Individual registration is mandatory for all authors.
-Only the outstation participants (residing outside of Delhi NCR) have the option of presenting their papers in the Online mode.
