About the Special Issue
Transnational Dispute Management (TDM), in collaboration with OGEL Energy Law, is inviting contributions for a Special Issue on “Dispute Prevention in ISDS: Comparative Approaches, Institutional Innovations, and Digital Tools.” The issue will explore the diverse approaches adopted by legal and institutional systems for preventing and mitigating investor–State disputes, with a focus on comparative perspectives across regions.
