About RGNUL Student Research Review (RSRR)
The RGNUL Student Research Review (RSRR) is the flagship student-run, bi-annual, peer-reviewed law journal of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab. RSRR is now accepting abstract submissions for Volume 11, Issue 1, inviting contributions on the theme “Comparative Law in a Changing World.”


About the Theme
In response to the growing relevance and dynamic nature of comparative legal studies, this edition explores the theme “Comparative Law in a Changing World.” The journal seeks to critically examine how different legal systems interact, influence, and challenge each other, and what can be learned from these comparisons in today’s rapidly evolving global legal landscape.

This theme encourages contributions that go beyond technical legal analysis by incorporating historical, philosophical, sociological, and interdisciplinary approaches. It also welcomes critiques and debates on the utility or limitations of comparative law itself.


Submission Categories
RSRR invites submissions in the following formats:

  • Articles: 5,000 words onwards — In-depth legal analysis relevant to the theme.

  • Case Comments: 2,000 words onwards — Analytical commentary on recent case law.

  • Legislative Comments: 2,000 words onwards — Critical evaluation of drafted, proposed, or enacted legislation.

  • Book Reviews: 3,000 words onwards — Critical appraisal of relevant legal literature.


Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Word limit: 200 to 500 words

  • File format: .doc or .docx

  • File name: “Name of Author(s) – RSRR Abstract Submission”

  • Submission mode: Google Form (link below)


Important Deadlines

  • Abstract Submission: 15th June 2025, by 11:59 P.M. (IST)

  • Final Paper Submission: 31st July 2025, by 11:59 P.M. (IST)
