The Journal of Liberty and International Affairs invites original scholarly submissions on a rolling basis, with three annual submission cycles to offer authors greater flexibility:

• May 1 – Aug 31
• Sep 1 – Dec 31
Manuscripts submitted within a cycle are considered for the corresponding issue. Early submissions are encouraged.
Submission Focus
Articles should make a substantial, original contribution (empirical or theoretical) and be relevant to both specialists and a wider academic audience.
Open Access
Fully open-access for maximum global visibility.
