About the Journal
The Journal of Intellectual Property Studies (JIPS) is a bi-annual, student-edited, peer-reviewed academic journal published by NLU Jodhpur. Established in 2016, it carries ISSN Number 2583-5297 and is dedicated to contemporary developments in intellectual property law and related domains such as media and technology law.

JIPS addresses the gap in scholarly discourse on intellectual property rights in India by offering a platform for scholars, practitioners, and students to share ideas and engage in meaningful dialogue. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review by a dedicated board of reviewers, supported by faculty editors and an advisory board.

The Journal follows an open-access model, making published content freely accessible and citable.
