About the Conference
The International Mediation and Disputes Conference 2025 aims to foster dialogue and collaboration among scholars, practitioners, and students in the field of mediation, dispute resolution, and conflict management.
This year’s conference will feature paper presentations, interactive discussions, and for the first time in India, a Live Mock Mediation by experts. Curated in collaboration with Presolv360 (led by Namita Shah and her team), this unique segment will demonstrate how mediation actually works in practice, offering participants an authentic learning experience.
Call for Papers
We invite abstract submissions on themes related to:
• Mediation and Conflict Resolution
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
• Negotiation and Dialogue Building
• Cross-border and Online Dispute Resolution
Only 15 abstracts will be selected after a rigorous editorial review to ensure quality and depth of engagement.
