The Indian Institute of Legal Studies (IILS), established in 2010, is one of India’s leading law schools, nestled in the Himalayas. The institute offers 5-year & 3-year Integrated Law Degrees, LL.M., and M.A. in Public Administration & Governance, affiliated with the University of North Bengal, accredited by NAAC, recognized by the Bar Council of India, and approved by the UGC.
About the Journal
IILS Law Review (ISSN: 2320-5318) is a peer-reviewed journal known for academic excellence and original research.
The journal is currently accepting submissions for Volume XI, Issue I (March 2025).
 Submission Guidelines
 Nature of Contributions
Articles (4,000 – 6,000 words) – Comprehensive legal analysis with research-based suggestions.
Notes (Up to 2,500 words) – Discussion on new debates or contemporary legal issues with possible solutions.
Comments (Up to 2,500 words) – Critical analysis of recent judgments, legislation, or bills.
Book Reviews (1,800 – 2,000 words) – Evaluation of legal books, including key ideas and suggestions for amendments.
 Co-Authorship Policy
Up to two co-authors per submission.
Corresponding author must handle all communications with the journal.
 Plagiarism Policy
✔ Maximum 10% plagiarism allowed.
✔ Mandatory plagiarism report submission along with the manuscript.
 Important Dates
Full Paper Submission Deadline: 31st March 2025
