H.S.N.C Board’s Kishinchand Chellaram Law College
K.C. Law College, established in 1955, is one of Mumbai’s premier law institutions. It is permanently affiliated with the University of Mumbai and is recognized by the Government of Maharashtra, the Bar Council of India, and under Sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act. About the Conference
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized education, transforming traditional teaching methodologies into personalized and technology-driven learning. AI in education has opened new possibilities for students and educators, introducing innovative tools to enhance learning experiences. However, the rise of AI also raises critical concerns about intellectual property, privacy, ethics, and potential biases.
This conference seeks to explore the socio-legal challenges and opportunities posed by AI in education, addressing key issues such as AI-driven educational tools, data security, intellectual property rights, and the impact on students’ rights.

Submission Guidelines
- Language: English
- Word Limit: Maximum 2500 words (including graphs, tables, and appendices).
- Font & Spacing:
- Main Text: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing
- Footnotes: Times New Roman, 10 pt, single spacing
- Margins: 1.5” on the left, 1” on the right.
- Cover Page: Must include the title of the paper, author’s name, mailing address, email ID, and acknowledgments (if any).
- Citation Style: APA format for references.
- Footnotes: Must be serially numbered at the bottom of the page.
- Website References: The full URL must be provided.
- Tables: Maximum two tables (if applicable).
- Presentation: Paper presenters may use PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), but it is not mandatory.
- Registration:
- Each paper presenter must register individually.
- In case of co-authorship, both authors must register separately.
Registration Fee
- Academicians/Professionals/Research Scholars: ₹800 per person
- Students: ₹300 per person
- Payment: To be made via the provided payment link, and a screenshot of payment must be uploaded in the registration form.
