Call for Papers | Announcement | Call for Papers – Volume II, Journal of Comparative Constitutional Jurisprudence (JCCJ) | ISSN (O): 3049-4192

Constitutional Jurisprudence (JCCJ) invites original, unpublished manuscripts to be considered for publication, in the upcoming Volume II scheduled to be released in early 2026.

JCCJ is a double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal with a distinct focus on the jurisprudential and historical foundations of constitutional law. While the primary lens is the Constitution of India, the Journal equally values comparative and international perspectives that engage with the philosophy, evolution, and conventions of constitutionalism around the globe. Our key mission is to intellectually empower early-career legal scholars, particularly young faculty and law teachers, by providing a platform to contribute to meaningful academic discourse. Unlike typical publications in constitutional law or jurisprudence, JCCJ encourages contributions that are analytical, critical, and rooted in the philosophical traditions and historical developments of constitutional systems.

Submissions discussing foreign constitutions or international constitutional theory and jurisprudence are also welcomed, especially where they intersect with Indian constitutional ideals or advance the broader understanding of comparative constitutionalism.
