About the Conference
ICON•S Germany, the German chapter of the International Society of Public Law (ICON•S), invites submissions for its 2026 bi-annual conference. The conference welcomes scholars, practitioners, and students interested in constitutional, administrative, international, and public law.
Theme: Time – Space – Emotion: Evolving Public Law
Participants are encouraged to submit papers or panel proposals exploring public law in theoretical, empirical, or comparative dimensions, including doctrines, institutional design, and policy analysis.
Keynote Speaker: Judge András Jakab, European Court of Human Rights
