The Centre for Financial Markets and Regulatory Systems (CFMRS), National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal is pleased to announce the 1st NLIU National Symposium on Securities Law & Capital Markets, 2026, scheduled to be held on 4–5 April 2026.
The symposium aims to facilitate discussions on contemporary legal and regulatory developments shaping India’s financial markets, bringing together students, researchers, and professionals interested in securities law and financial regulation.
Themes Include
• Towards a Coherent Securities Law Code and Structural Reforms
• Regulation of InvITs, REITs and Alternative Investment Structures
• Primary Markets and Capital Formation
• Secondary Markets, Market Infrastructure and Enforcement
Participants may submit papers individually or in teams of up to two authors. Detailed submission guidelines and formatting requirements are available in the symposium brochure.
