Educational qualification – Law degree from a recognised university (5-year/3-year).Prior work experience – Fresh graduate (graduating batch of 2025) – four years PQE.
Probation period – Three months.
Retainership period – One year, extendable by mutual consent.
Retainership – INR 1,00,000/- per month.
Exclusive retainership – Successful candidates are required to maintain confidentiality and cannot take up independent assignments, including filing Vakalatnama or appearing in courts/tribunals/legal forums.
Location – Delhi.
Expected work – To assist in research and preparation of legal opinions, speeches/articles/books, and through the course of arbitrations (domestic and international).
